For others, it means identifying risk factors, implementing preventive steps, and managing crises. Still others require cost-effective meal planning to provide optimal nutrition and best taste. Setup
We meet with the core team members and determine hours based on census, acuities, admission load, and facility-specific needs. We assess the facility, establish systems, policies and procedures, then assign a qualified dietitian and regional director that match the facilities’ needs.

Care
Once assigned, the dietitian and regional director work to create a plan and set goals and dates for addressing them. They provide ongoing care, with regular ongoing audits to ensure that the quality of care is consistent.

Progress
We create monthly reports to track progress and develop new goals at the end of each quarter. We continuously oversee, provide assistance during survey, and manage new issues that arise.
